Since the beginning, Miller & Associates has been providing construction and testing services in Nebraska and Kansas.  Our clients include Municipalities, Counties, Districts, Land Developers, Commercial Developers, and other agencies.  These services are critical to any civil engineering or architectural project.  At Miller & Associates, we take extra precaution in striving that the project is constructed according to drawings and specifications, and contracts are administered in a professional manner.  Many activities make up this service, and our staff has experience at all levels.
