Miller & Associates has served as the lead civil project manager for the Younes Campus development in Kearney, Nebraska, one of the region’s most significant private development initiatives. Spanning more than 500 acres, the project represents a comprehensive master-planned destination that combines hospitality, recreation, housing, commercial development, and public infrastructure to support continued regional growth.
Through multiple phases of development, Miller & Associates has provided civil design services for a wide range of projects within the campus, including the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, Kearney SportsPlex, Tru Home2 by Hilton, Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce/Kearney Visitors Bureau, Younes Landing, Drop Zone, apartments and work force housing, and various dining and commercial establishments. Our work has included master planning, platting, site grading, parking development, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer infrastructure, stormwater management, drainage design, and hardscape improvements.
Projects of this scale require extensive coordination between developers, municipal officials, utility providers, and construction teams. Miller & Associates has worked to ensure infrastructure systems are thoughtfully designed to support both current developments and future expansion while balancing functionality, constructability, and regulatory requirements.
