Miller & Associates developed the Master Plan for a 75 acre medical subdivision supporting Kearney Regional Medical Center (KRMC), part of the Bryan Health system, in Kearney, Nebraska, creating a long-term framework for phased growth and future healthcare expansion. Through comprehensive planning, civil design, and construction engineering services, our team helped establish the infrastructure foundation needed to support a growing regional healthcare campus.

Miller & Associates has provided civil design services for multiple phases of the KRMC campus, including water distribution systems, sanitary sewer infrastructure, stormwater drainage and detention facilities, paving and roadway improvements, ALTA surveying, and construction staking. Stormwater improvements included the design of detention facilities south of the hospital, supporting efficient site drainage and long-term campus functionality.

Since 2014, Miller & Associates has continued to support campus growth through the design of numerous additions and improvements. Projects have included a helipad, birthing center, emergency room expansion, ambulance drive-through, new patient wing, parking expansions, road relocation, and facility maintenance and data center buildings.

With approximately 20 acres of the 75 acre subdivision currently developed, the master plan provides a coordinated approach for future expansion while maintaining flexibility and operational efficiency.
