Our Projects

Miller & Associates worked closely with the Town of Julesburg, Colorado to transform its vision for a new aquatic facility into a functional, community-centered asset. The project began with collaborative planning efforts involving Town Council and key stakeholders to evaluate site options, identify priorities, and establish a layout that aligned with the community’s recreational goals and long-term vision for Julesburg Town Park.

Following the planning phase, our team developed preliminary and final design documents, including conceptual layouts, design criteria, specifications, and an opinion of probable construction cost. The facility was designed to balance user experience, safety, and operational efficiency, incorporating features that appeal to a wide range of users while maintaining manageable long-term maintenance requirements.

The bathhouse was strategically located for accessibility and visibility within the park and designed to accommodate daily operations with dedicated shower facilities, family amenities, and a separate mechanical room for pool systems. Throughout construction, Miller & Associates served as the Town’s representative, providing construction observation, coordinating with the contractor, reviewing submittals and testing results, and assisting with pay applications and project closeout.

Completed in 2024, the new pool and bathhouse facility enhances recreational opportunities in Julesburg and provides a durable, well-designed space that supports both current needs and future expansion.
