Miller & Associates partnered with the Village of Wolbach to design and deliver a new splash pad and playground at Memorial Park, creating a modern recreational destination for residents of all ages. The project was developed to complement the Village's existing swimming pool while enhancing accessibility, safety, and the overall park experience.

Our team provided surveying, design, bidding assistance, and construction observation services for the project. Improvements included a new splash pad, playground equipment, water and sanitary sewer utility extensions, ADA-accessible sidewalks, site grading, drainage improvements, shade structures, benches, resilient safety surfacing, and landscaping. Throughout construction, Miller & Associates worked closely with the Village and contractor to help ensure the project was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Funded through the Nebraska Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the project transformed Memorial Park into an enhanced community gathering space that promotes outdoor recreation, accessibility, and long-term enjoyment for residents and visitors.
