Simply defined, a comprehensive plan is a long-term document that guides growth and development for a community over the next decade. The planning team at Miller & Associates examines demographics, economy, housing, utilities and infrastructure, physical attributes, land use plans, transportation options, community services, annexation, and future land use to tailor each comprehensive plan to specific communities and/or counties.
Team members from Miller & Associates closely work with City and County officials, community stakeholders, public interest groups, business and property owners, and local developers to prepare forward thinking, viable plans. Through meaningful public involvement, we develop comprehensive plans built by the community, for the community.
