Miller & Associates has partnered with the City of Cambridge to support the continued growth of the Harvest Meadows Subdivision through engineering and planning services since 2011. Over the course of ten phases of platting and rezoning, our team has helped guide the subdivision’s expansion while creating a framework for future residential and commercial development.

Our team has provided comprehensive engineering services for infrastructure improvements throughout the residential development, including site grading, site infrastructure, turning lanes and highway access improvements, drainage improvements, and roadway lighting along U.S. Highways 6 and 34. For the convenience store development, services included site grading and infrastructure design, turning calculations to accommodate tractor-trailer movements, fuel pump layout, and parking lot design. Our team also coordinated roadway alignments, intersections, utility locations, and power pole placement, along with surveying and preparation of construction drawings and specifications to support successful project implementation.

Miller & Associates provided construction phase services for improvements, including preparation of contract documents, review of shop drawing submittals, site observations, and project close-out documentation. Beyond engineering services, our team developed promotional materials for direct mail campaigns, helping market the subdivision and communicate development opportunities to prospective residents and businesses.
