Housing Study

Housing is a foundational issue for communities, and at Miller & Associates, our staff has completed a variety of housing studies based on each community’s needs.  Studies focus on housing feasibility as well as analyzing market trends within a community—vacancy rates and age of housing stock, for instance.  We use data from employers, realtors, and financial institutions, along with census data and county-level sales information, to demonstrate needs and provide guidance moving forward.
