Miller & Associates provides communities with services in drafting, updating, and interpreting Zoning and Subdivision Regulations which harmonize with Comprehensive Plans, respect property rights of community residents, and protect the public health, safety, and welfare of all of the community’s citizens. 

Zoning and Subdivision Regulations are legally binding documents that are in place to help shape and guide visions set forth in the Comprehensive Plan. These two documents should complement each other, with Zoning and Subdivision Regulations acting as the protective document for all residents in the community and/or county.  Our staff is capable of assisting decision-makers to  understand the importance of this relationship, and they will also help to empower Planning Commissions, City Councils, County Board of Commissioners, and City/County Administrators with the correct instruments needed for land development decisions and implementations.
