Improvement Study

A survey used to satisfy requirements of lending or insuring agencies to identify buildings and improvements within the boundaries of a particular tract of land.  Corner monuments are located, verified and/or re-established.  The dimension of the parcel and improvements are reflected on a detailed plat that includes the legal descriptions and surveyor’s certification.
